Middle School: 11-13

NOTE FOR 14 YEAR-OLD BOYS: 
Please register for the Middle School division even if you are a high school student. This age is on the cusp of age eligibility for tournaments and placement will be determined by experience and knowledge of the game. All 14 year olds will be evaluated by a coach and placed on the appropriate roster during the first two weeks of practices.

Uniforms: 
Uniforms will be provided at no extra cost. They must be returned - clean and undamaged - at the end of the season. 

Additional Costs: 
There is a potential for qualification, participation, and travel to larger tournaments. These opportunities will require additional expenses if they become available. As the season progresses, coaches will determine the feasibility of attending such tournaments and keep parents informed.

Fundraising Plans: 
If participation in larger tournaments is deemed feasible, the Program Head and Coaches will support parents who wish to organize fundraising to help cover the cost of tournaments.

Uniforms 
Players have the option to borrow or purchase uniforms. Borrowed uniforms must be returned in clean, undamaged condition at the end of the season, or you will incur a replacement fee.

Tournament
We plan to participate in the Gatlinburg Homeschool Classic National Championship. Our goal is to completely fund this trip by fundraising. 

Fundraising Plans
Each player is expected to sell at least 10 raffle tickets in order to help raise funds for Nationals. 

Players may participate in the Calendar Fundraiser. This is for players to do individually; donations are not tax-deductible and will go directly to the players, who can then use those funds to register and purchase a uniform. Both registration and uniform costs will be covered completely if you have a donor for each day on the calendar.

Note: Games and practices will be recorded for the purpose of live-streaming and saving games on social media. Please pay special attention to the Media Release as you register and contact Amanda Luckey (ad@flameshomeschoolsports.com) with any questions or concerns.

Baseball - Fall 2025

WHO: Homeschooled boys ages 13-18

SPECIAL NOTES: 

Players registered for Fall will be eligible for an exclusive $50 Discount when Spring registration opens. This offer is only available to those who played in the Fall season. 

You may pay your entire registration fee at once, or you may opt to split the fee into two equal payments. With this option, you will pay $125 when you register; the remaining $125 will be automatically withdrawn one month after your initial payment.

After the initial nine practices (three days/week, the weeks of August 3, 10, and 17), we will establish our competition roster (about 12 players). Those players will compete in the varsity division of the Frederick County Wooden Bat League.

All other players will have "practice only" status for the fall season, but will be eligible for the JV roster in the spring.

The first nine practices will be at either Middletown Park or Sherando Park. Time is still TBD.

Beginning the week of August 24, we will practice twice a week: Tuesdays 4:00–6:00 p.m. at Middletown and Saturdays 9:00–11:00 a.m. at a location TBD.

Games will be every Sunday (at 3:00 or 5:00 p.m.) at a field in Frederick County, running 9/14–11/9. We will also play about four games against other homeschool teams in the state.

Competition Archery is limited to those who have participated in a Flames Archery program in the past. 

Our Learn Archery program will take place in Spring 2026.

Flames High School Drama Club - Fall 2025

Flame High School Theater Drama Club will be a Theater Production class. An introduction to the methods of the production of scenery, props, costumes, lighting, sound and performance management for theater performance. We will be doing the crew work for junior theater. We will be creating the sets and props. You can still sign up if you cannot be there for the Junior Theater performance taking place December 12 and 13-but please let us know ASAP! Flames Jr. Theater - Fall 2025

We will perform the musical: Yo Ho Ho, A Pirate’s Christmas! on December 12th & 13th. We will meet 2x/week beginning 9/8/25 with auditions. NORMAL Practices; Mon and Tues 6-8 pm. *Actors/actresses will be trying out based on commitment level and preference of Pirate or Claus Family. Once registered, an email will be sent with an audition packet.

Presentational 2025 Cross Country visual

2025 Cross Country - Fall 2025

Flames Cross Country will offer an ES program (grades 2nd-5th) and a MS/HS program (grades 6th-12th). Our elementary group will train and compete in the 1k or 2K. Our MS/HS group will train and compete in the 2 mile (for MS) and the 5K (for HS). Practices will involve form drills, various running workouts, scrimmages, and different games for ES. 

Practices will be at the Press Box Field and 15th Street Track in Front Royal or Rockland Park. Competitions are optional for ES, and encouraged, but optional, for MS/HS. MS/HS meets will be announced at a later date.
 
1. MS/HS will start their pre-season on 7/24 with a team meeting combined with a practice. There will be two more pre-season practices (8/7, 8/21) from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The regular season will start on Friday, September 5th, from 4:00-5:30 p.m. and practices will go until Nov. 7th.
*There are 2 required practices this season for MS/HS as we have added a second practice on Mondays at the track from 4:00-5:00 pm. An optional third practice for MS/HS will be offered on Wednesdays from 3:00-4:00 p.m. (before most ES practices) at Rockland Park from September 17th until November 5th.
*MS ages are 11-13 as of September 1st, 2025.
*HS ages are 14-18 as of September 1st, 2025.
 
2. ES will have 6 practices at Rockland Park starting September 17th through October 22nd from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. 
*Elementary ages are 7-10 by September 1st, 2025.
(Please note runners must have turned 7 years old by this coming September 1st.)

Flames Fall High School Art Club - Fall 2025

Flames High School Art Club is a group where artists can get together to learn, explore and create art. We will be learning about. different artists and artistic styles throughout the season culminating with an end of the season art party.  Additionally we may be creating props and helping with sets for the Flames Theater program.All supplies will be provided. 

Flames High School Art Club meets Tuesdays 2-4 at the Warren County Community Center :September 9,23, Oct 7, 21, 28; Nov 18; Dec 2 & 16. 

Ages for participation are 14-18 as of September 1 2025.

Guidelines:

Be respectful of everyone's work. 
Honor God with your art work by adhering to principals of modesty, humility and with the general inclination that themes that are demonic in nature are not acceptable in this environment.  
We are here to explore artistic representation, learn from each other and always to Glorify God. 
Some themes we will explore include examining artwork by a certain artist with their style. Kids are encouraged to create an art piece in that style. Each group will do this in a way that is age appropriate. First meeting parents must attend to agree and sign off on guidelines for the club
