Girl's Off-Season / Development Volleyball 2026 - Spring 2026

Girl's Off-Season & Development Volleyball is a GO! 

We're excited to offer a special off-season volleyball program starting Tuesday April 14th.

This is a great chance for athletes to build skills and stay active in preparation for on-season volleyball. 

This program is for homeschooled MS/HS girls (ages 11-18), who intend to participate in Flames Volleyball in the Fall 2026 season.

We also welcome 9-10 year olds for the development program - this is a great way to learn some of the skills and see if they like it!

Dates:  6 Tuesdays

April 14, 21, 28

May 12, 19, 26

Times: 
Development/Middle School: 5:00-6:30 pm

High School/Returning Players: 6:30-8:00 pm

Track and Field 2026 - Spring 2026

Registration Open:  2-1-26 to 3-8-26

The Flames Track and Field Program will be divided into three groups.

Elementary School: 7 - 10 years as of 9-1-2025 (Grades 2-5)

Middle School: 11 - 13 years as of 9-1-2025 (Grades 6-8) *MSG is full, but you can email to be put on a waiting list. 

High School: 14 - 18 years as of 9-1-2025 (Grades 9-12)

Coach Louisa Matveeva will be the Program Head for the groups.  There will be age group coaches for the divisions.

Elementary School
Registration Fee: $40.00

Practice Times: Wednesdays from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
6 practices: April 1- May 6

Scope = This age group will practice track races, beginner throws with practice equipment, and relays. ES might have an opportunity to attend a home scrimmages. 

*Cap 40 runners

Middle School & High School
Registration Fee = $50.00
Practice Times:

Mondays- 3:30-4:30 pm from March 23rd to May 25th.

Wednesdays- 2:30-3:30 pm from April 1st to May 27th.

Fridays- 3:30-4:30 pm with optional throwing practice from 4:30-5:00 pm. March 27th- May 29th.

*There will be two pre-season conditioning practices on Friday, March 6th & 20th from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at the track. Runners should attend at least two regular practices per week. 

** No practice on April 3rd (Good Friday)**

Scope = This age group will train for running events, relays, and optional shot put and discus. MS/HS will have opportunities to attend some meets and scrimmages (details TBD). Please note we will not be training jumps or hurdles.

*Cap 60 runners (15 per team)

Important Information
Practices will be held at the Warren County Health & Human Services Complex (WCHHS) Track, located at 465 W 15th St, Front Royal, Virginia 22630. 

The Flames track uniform is black shorts that you provide and a purchased jersey (around $20). Purchasing jerseys will be offered separately later, but check the box in the registration process if you will need one. Uniforms are optional for ES. 

*Registering for the program does not guarantee meet participation for MS/HS.

Flames Spring Formal

Dance the night away.... at our Enchanted Forest Spring Formal. 

Saturday, April 11, 2026, 6:00 - 10:00 p.m.

New Hope Bible Church

80 North Lake Avenue

Front Royal, VA 22630

Flames and guests, ages 14-19 (grade 12), as of event date. Light refreshments.

Formal attire dress code required - Tuxedo, suit, or dress pants, button-down, and tie for the gentlemen; Long dresses(below knee) or dressy pantsuits. No plunging necklines or cut outs. Slits in dresses must be at fingertip length. Dress code will be enforced.  No pocket knives, lighters etc. anything that could be considered a weapon . No re-entry. 

No refunds issued after March 31, 2026

Once you are registered you will receive an email asking for your top 3 appropriate (no cursing or sexually suggestive) song choices. The more people choose those songs, the more likely they are to get played.
